When you create an account with Zutano, we'll remember your information so that the checkout process is a piece of cake. Registration will also give you access to great features like checking order history and status and creating your own personal address book, so you can ship items to friends and family around the world.
Can I place an order without registering?
Of course. You can also check the general status of your order from the help area without registering, but registering will give you more detailed information about your order, including package tracking.
What will you do with my information after I register?
Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. For more information on privacy policy, click here.
Can I review my saved billing information?
Yes. You can review all the information you entered when you registered by logging into my account and choosing "address book" from the menu options on the left. You will see your billing address information, followed by a listing of any addresses you have added to your shipping address book. You will not be able to edit your saved billing information online.
How can I change my saved billing information?
If at any time you would like to change your customer profile (saved name and billing information), please email customerservice@zutano.com - include your CURRENT account name and address AND your NEW name, address, email and phone number and we will update your information.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not email passwords to a different email address than the one used to register.
How do you know my name when I visit your site?
We use cookies to recognize you and your preferences to make shopping easier. Cookies are bits of information that we automatically store on your computer if your computer accepts cookies. The use of cookies is standard on the internet and many major websites use them. Cookies stored on your computer do not contain any personal identifiable information. If you do not wish to have a cookie on your system, you can set your browser preferences to refuse them. Please consult your browser's help section for instructions on how to do this.
What will you do with my address book information?
Your address book is your personal storage space. We do not use the names of the people in your address book to send email promotions or catalogs by mail.
When I register, will I be receiving Zutano catalogs by mail?
No, Zutano does not currently produce catalog mailings.
