Returns and Exchanges If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please see details below. Within 60 days of original purchase: Zutano will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If your original receipt is unavailable, we will make an exchange based on the current selling price at shop.zutano.com. After 60 days of original purchase: Zutano will make an exchange for the price at the time of sale (with your original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt). *Please note that we can only accept returns of Zutano clothing that has been purchased at shop.zutano.com. To return merchandise, simply fill out the exchange/return form on the back of the invoice that is included with your purchase. Place the merchandise in the original package, or similar packaging, and use the return address label that is provided with your order. If you do not have the exchange/return form from your order you can download one here. Please mail your package to us by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (insured). If we shipped an incorrect item we will refund your postage and ship the correct item at no cost to you. If you are making an exchange we will ship your new merchandise with no additional shipping or handling charges.
